5052 aluminum is a magnesium and chromium alloy that maintains good workability, medium static strength, high fatigue strength, good weldability, and very good corrosion resistance, especially in marine atmospheres. 5052 aluminum displays the following properties and chemistries:
Tensile Strength: 38,000 PSI
Yield Strength: 31,000 PSI
Elongation: 14%
